1. About Retro Thrifts
Retro Thrifts offers handpicked vintage, thrifted, preloved and imported clothing. Each piece is individually selected and inspected before being listed.
Because our products are primarily preloved and one-of-a-kind, every item may have its own unique characteristics, signs of wear, fading, minor imperfections or variations.
2. Product Condition
We provide a condition rating and product description for each item to help customers understand its condition before purchasing.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review:
Product photos
Size measurements
Condition rating
Product description
Any visible flaws mentioned in the listing
Minor signs of previous wear are considered normal for preloved/thrifted clothing and are not automatically considered defects.
3. Product Availability
Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once an item has been sold, it may not be available again.
Adding an item to your cart or contacting us does not guarantee availability until the order has been confirmed by Retro Thrifts.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Retro Thrifts reserves the right to change product prices, promotions and offers at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:
Full name
Complete delivery address
Phone number
Correct product/size information
Retro Thrifts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.
Customers are expected to accept and pay for their confirmed COD order upon delivery.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
7. Shipping
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below Rs. 3,000 may be subject to applicable delivery charges.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind and preloved nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
However, if an item arrives significantly different from its listing or has an undisclosed major issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Such cases will be reviewed individually under our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, graphics, logos, text, product descriptions and branding, belongs to Retro Thrifts or is used with appropriate permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
10. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, prices and website content are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.
Retro Thrifts reserves the right to correct errors, update information or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.
