Retro Thrifts delivers handpicked vintage and thrifted clothing across Pakistan.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery nationwide across Pakistan through courier services.
Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted areas.
2. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across eligible locations in Pakistan.
You can place your order without making an advance payment and pay the applicable amount when your package arrives.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,000.
Orders below Rs. 3,000 may have a delivery charge depending on the customer’s location and courier service.
Any applicable shipping charge will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.
4. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed after confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability and other circumstances.
Because our products are often one-of-a-kind, orders may require additional verification before dispatch.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary by location and courier.
As a general estimate:
Major Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
Retro Thrifts is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address details, incorrect phone numbers or the recipient being unavailable.
7. Delayed Deliveries
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are primarily dependent on the courier service.
If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will assist in checking the shipment status.
8. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
If a customer refuses a confirmed COD order or is repeatedly unavailable to receive the package, the order may be cancelled.
Repeated refused or failed COD orders may affect the customer’s ability to place future COD orders.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, please take clear photos/videos of the package before opening it.
If the product inside is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the relevant photos/videos so that we can investigate the issue.
10. International Shipping
At this time, Retro Thrifts primarily serves customers within Pakistan.
International shipping may be offered in the future.
